Avoid this business like the plague! The owners for this also own Springsure Caravan Park & Roadhouse (the Caltex) and do not pay their staff properly! They offered my boyfriend & I jobs here and we travelled over 2000km's from SA to arrive and be told our first week was an upaid trial and we would then be "on the books." For context, they were expecting us to work 45 hours each for free.This was never communicated to us prior as we wouldve never taken the job. Friendly customer service; great coffee and inexpensive meal choices a many. Came here after resting overnight at virgin rock nearby for breakfast... We both ordered this "small" breakfast ($11) and a mug of latte ($5).... Thoroughly enjoyed and not too long a wait. Few people dining in, kids play area, attached convenience shop and take away of which seemed busy with people in and out during our time here this morning. Many thanks! Lovely surprise this place to stop on our road trip - came from Emerald in the morning 2 weeks ago - for brunch needed up having lunch 🥗 as looked good . this was a great find - although needs better signage out the front to say meals available. My son had the steak , chips & salad was very good - I had toasted chicken sandwich all cooked very well & yummy . Kids play area & nice tables to sit at .
