Absolutely terrible management. I was a previous employee at a subway a couple years ago came to a new store after not working at one for a while 3 days for me to get fired because I over cooked a bake of cookies fair enough it’s a inconvenience and I’ll have to add it to a write off sheet but when I get yelled at in front of customers and you asked me to pay for 48 cookies I have never had a boss yell in front of customers and tell me to pay full price after I refused to pay customers price I told him I’ll pay store price nope not good enough leave and don’t come back also haven’t been paid for my work yet. Ordered 2 subway foot-longs. Wasn’t busy but one sandwich managed to come out of the oven burnt and inedible. Staff tried asking what salads I wanted on the burnt sandwich- to my surprise. I asked for a replacement for which they provided. I was charged for three sandwiches at the till. I thought it was more expensive than usual. I got a cash refund for the burnt sandwich after phone calls were made by staff. Got home and enjoyed my below average cold sandwich. 1st...
