Myself and colleagues have visited this establishment a number of times and previously have loved coming here. Tonight I placed a booking for 12 people to celebrate as a group and the experience was disgusting. If I and my colleagues could give a 0 star review we would. We all ordered separately (in our couples), as 2 of our mains hit the table some of us still hadn't received our entrees. One of us went up to the bar and asked the team member to hold the mains until we had received our entrees first. A short time later most of us had received our entrees. A waitress came out to our table. Stood at the head and began speaking with 'so are you ready for your mains yet, because someone sent them back to the kitchen.' We tried to explain to her that we were still waiting on 1 entree however, she kept talking over us telling us we ordered wrong and didn't specify our entrees were to come out first before our mains. We told her to bring it all out because we were embarrassed by her loud 'explanation' at the top of the table in a restaurant semi full of other customers, her response was "well we are really busy and now need to remake all of your meals because we legally can't serve them." The other wait staff brought out our mains meals and remaining entree. As we began to eat we asked one of the other waitresses what the name of the first person was that came out to address the table. We were told her name was Zen. We said thank you and the other waitress left. About 1 minute later Zen returned to our table, to my husband who asked what her name was and addressed him "I was told you wanted to talk to me", his response was "no, we all work in customer service and I didn't ask to speak to you, I asked for your name so I could talk to a manager about your disgusting customer service". Her response was "im not even going to bother" as she turned and walked away. We finished our meals and got busy talking in the smoking section before it started to rain. We decided it was time to leave. Upon our dupart a couple of staff where behind the bar and Zen called out "good night have a nice night everyone" in an extreemy antagonistic tone, to which the other staff started laughing behind the bar. This venue is run buy extremely antagonistic wait staff who think it is OK to talk at people and basically yell at a group of people at a table that we have orderd incorrectly on the QR code provided when seated all because they where asked to hold off on serving main meals to our table as we had not received all of the entrees yet (Zen) the wait staff who found it ok to talk a whole table like a bunch of second class citizens while not giving us a chance to explain what we were asking for at all or to understand what she was talking about Just to be told that they are really busy and didn't have time to hold meals or remake them all because we wanted out entrees frist witch in the grand sceem of things was not that big of a deal but apparently it was at the time the wait staff then walked away leaving us all shocked and in disbelief of what just happened a few minutes had passed and a different staff member walked past I Politely as if she would be able to provide me with the name of the lovely person How was just speaking with us she then provided her name (zen) A few more minutes go buy then and we were graced with the Presents of Zen stating that she was under the impression that we wanted to talk to her witch was not the case at all due to her incredible service she was reminded that she didn't have the best approach to customer service at all and responded I am not even going there and walked away. A short while latter all the meals hit the table we the all sat and had our meals while chatting away trying to enjoy the night that we has set out to do to then finish our meals and moved to the smokers area to continue our chat we then left due to rain at around 10pm and started walking to our cars to say our good buys for the night to then be blessed buy the one and only Zen on our exit saying in a antagonising tone buy guys have a good night then to have all the stafe behind the bar laughing together in support of there College then to be watched and laughed at buy a staff member standing in the main door way who found it funny to wave to follow along with his team Mates.

A few of my work colleagues and myself came down to Bluewater on Saturday night for dinner, there were 12 of us booked in.

We ordered our meals off the app, most of us getting entrees and mains. After a little bit of a wait our main meals started to arrive, we took them back to the bar and explained that we hadn't received our entrees yet only to be told that we hadn't ordered our tapas as entrees? Now I would have thought that some common sense would have prevailed when they could clearly see that Aranchini balls would come as an entree when the market fish was ordered as a main? Failing that some communication with our table would have cleared that up pretty quickly.

Now apparently this has caused some sort of chaos in the kitchen because there ended up being a very long wait for the rest of the food, to the point that one of our colleagues were still waiting for their Aranchini balls after everyone else had received their mains.

We then had a very rude person named Zen come out and give us a lecture about how we should be ordering our food. We found out later that she isn't even the manager.

My husband and myself are members of the club and come down to eat quite regularly and have never been spoken to or treated so badly.

When we were leaving, everyone behind the bar yelled out goodbye to us all, then said something else under their breath and all started laughing at us, one of the guys stood at the reception and was waving goodbye to us in a antagonistic manner. Totally disgusting behaviour!

If they had handled this in a different manner, this could have avoided any negative effects, but unfortunately now we will never come back to dine there and will make it my mission to inform everyone else I...

Bluewater is our weekly favorite hang… their Thursday night steak night is unbeatable! Always consistent, food is on point, tasty and value for money. We are constantly bringing friends most weeks and they too have come to love it so it’s very rare now that we walk in and don’t know another table. The atmosphere and views of the marina are beautiful. You can chill and eat out on the deck with a cold bevy, or dine in the restaurant for a bit more formal atmosphere. Staff are friendly and the food is definitely value for money. If you’re not going for steak night, then the fish tacos, gnocchi or parmi are the top faves in this household! Oh and don’t get me started on their yummy desserts! You need to stop past and try it for yourself!

Meals were over priced and really disappointing as everything was over cooked. The portions were terrible with more garden salad then meat or chips on your plate. The pork was chewy and felt like it need another hours cooking. The cocktails how ever were fantastic. One trays are great however just high on the price side. Over all I’d like to give it another go and will update my experience the second time around.

Meals were over priced and really disappointing as everything was over cooked. The portions were terrible with more garden salad then meat or chips on your plate. The pork was chewy and felt like it need another hours cooking. The cocktails how ever were fantastic. One trays are great however just high on the price side. Over all I’d like to give it another go and will update my experience the second time around.
