Can't blame the staff.. the egg and bacon.. note I said pork product.... Was completely cold in the middle and not cooked.. The staff were courteous and reheated the wrap.. to the same result . Completely cold.. another customer the same... Staff apologised and gave me another... This one was hotter (on the edges only) again completely cold in the middle... The manager advised that they were cooked for an hours in the kitchen the day before... This cannot be the case... The bacan would be crispy if this was the case.. half cooked, frozen then reheated to meet time demands... Please management these are "pork" products you are dealing with .. people will get very sick if you don't fix this. The world invented food thermometer a decades ago.. a simple probe would show the food is less then even room temp.. Staff tried to help but the product...

The Cashier ladies were completely lovely and helpful but the chef at this place is absolutely the worst I have had to cook me a simple beef burger. It took 30min to cook me a burger and when I recieved it I had to take it back because I didn't order it with beetroot, tomato, cheese or butter so the chef tried to remove the cheese and gave the burger back yet there was still cheese on the patty so I gave it back and they advised that they will make me a new burger which they did and the pathetic burger that was made was atrocious I don't know why I ended up getting a burger without the cheese butter sauce onions obviously the chef needs to do a hospitality and commercial cookery course because a burger...

I feel bad for writing a review like this because the young girl was lovey, I ordered wings, they didn’t have them so I reluctantly got the classic chicken roll, woweee, what a treat, $16 for a hotdog bun with gross weird looking chicken chunks obviously prepared some time ago, just whacked in a bun with gravy and baked in an oven, I fed this one straight to the bin, not even one bite because honestly my dog wouldn’t even be served that, just do us all a favour and pick your game up, I’m not being mean, have simple easy to prepare fresh food that aligns with the price we pay to eat it. Lesson learnt, eat...
