About time a cafe+restaurant was opened up on Beechmont Road! This top notch establishment is very deserving of it’s prime position, situated directly across from Rosin’s lookout. The view is absolutely lovely and the location is very serene and peaceful.
The staff at the flying bean cafe are super friendly& welcoming- delivering excellent customer service even when they are at full capacity and under the pump. The menu is decent and offers a good variety of breakfast& lunch options.
!!! 5 STAR COFFEE !!! The coffee bean used is exquisite- it is rich& super smooth but delicate& mellow at the same time and the baristas definitely do it justice- they undeniably know what they are doing.

This place is worth a stop! Food, price and location are very attractive. Simple, delicious and unpretentious and well priced was a really nice surprise. It was busy but relaxed on our visit.
Beautiful views nearby and cool rural hilltop location, a good deck out front to enjoy a coffee in the sun (and probably a bunch of nice looking motorbikes parked on the roadside as it sits on a major weekend route).

PET FRIENDLY AND LICENSED! A fantastic place to stop for lunch! Directly opposite the area where the hang gliders fly from, watch them take off and then head across the road for lunch. Eat inside or outside and enjoy having your pooch with you! Lots of parking off street or underneath. A very clean spot to have lunch! Service is brilliant and the chef knows how to cook those sliders! We had a glass of champers and beer, and shared sliders and a delicious dessert afterwards.
