if you wish to buy Cairns overpriced chocolates come here, $13.95 for Charley's Mission Beach Made Chocolate, I also can buy Daintree Chocolate cheaper elsewhere for under $9 i also remember paying less for Charleys like under $10 at The Not Just Chocolate Shop Kuranda or at Jonsson's Farm Market. but off course if you fail to find these brands any-where in Cairns and Port because the majors like Piconnes IGA or major supermarket or night markets could care less about selling local. Then the prices they charge at World of Chocolate is your final opportunity to buy local chocolate from Daintree and Mission Beach, they don't sell this anywhere i know in Brisbane. And i guess buying this chocolate online from Charleys or Daintree Estates will incurs a Delivery charge so maybe its worth buying Chocolates here from the Airport after-all if you consider the online Delivery fees and Charges. I departed Cairns Airport on Saturday, 10th April. On the way through I decided to buy some chocolate, including a bar of Misty Mountain Cocoa Premium Single origin dark chocolate, orange flavor. Food was pretty good but the coffee set up was concerning. The coffee beans were placed on top of the machine, where they were very hot - the opposite of what temperature they should be stored at. The expiry was set 2 years ago, which means the roasting date would have been 4 years ago. Didn't buy the coffee but imagine it would have been terrible. Clearly less corners...
