Kwik Koffee Rockingham — Restaurant in Rockingham

Been coming here for over 10 years. Never had an issue until the new owners bought it, now there’s many. A couple of major ones are:

The new beans taste terrible. The previous beans gave a point of difference between this place and other businesses, they were amazing.

Prices have been jacked up & sizing has been renamed in a misleading way. A standard medium size at any coffee shop is now called a large here, and a standard large an extra large? If this business is now apart of a larger chain of franchises wouldn’t costs be lower? So costs have gone down, prices have gone up?

The team of girls are still brilliant as always. Overall the new owners have done their best to erode all of the previous businesses unique competitive advantages and alienate their client base. I am not alone in this view.

Lots of harsh reviews, hopefully the new owners pay attention to their customers and don’t double down on everything they hate out of petty defiance, because that would be a stupid way to run a business. Was sad to see the old crew of girls mostly go as they were all good at their jobs and made customers feel at home, even for a drive thru place. The new girls also seem to be pretty bubbly and friendly and I don’t mind the new coffee roasts either. Giving it three stars only because I am not impressed by business owners who ignore their customers and their workers and pay no attention to feedback when it isn’t what they want to hear.

Very disappointed compared to the old owner this place isn’t in the same league, Changing the beans a big mistake previous owner used Expresso which gave a much nicer taste and people came from all over place for the taste, Service is poor and slow compared to previous owner and some of the new girls seem uninterested and have a can’t be bothered attitude, The sizes of the cups have changed to smaller sizes throughout the range but the cost has increased !
