Pacific Palms Bowls — Restaurant in Smiths Lake

We enjoyed our visit for lunch however my 3 star rating is basef on the severity of the staff. Waiting inline to order out lunch ( which was excellent) we are told "remove your hat" by a serious lady behind the counter. Also along with a plethora of other parents and Grand parents we were accompanied with young kids ( my two Grand Daughters) all these young kids obviously migrated to this huge lawn ( The Hallowed Bowling Turf) and this very officious lady spent the time of our visit threatening to have us expelled from the premises if our kids et al didn't keep off the hollowed turf. Go figure - big grass area plenty small kids want to run around - receipe for disaster. Maybe they should consider putting a small white picket fence around the hallowed turf too keep small kids...

Children are not welcome here, they should have a sign saying no children, no visitors.and locals only. Miss trunchbull did at least 8 passive aggressive announcements basically saying children have to be within an inch of the parent, not allowed to have fun or walk anywhere or breath for that matter. The service as a visitor is completely different to the locals, even when you come here with a local like we did!

Like other reviews the blond lady is the rudest person ever, worst customer service on the planet, rename yourself Karen’s and you might get better reviews.

WOW! Incredible! We are members but have never been there at night time for meals. ( we come up occasional weekends) this is our new meal destination in Elizabeth Beach. Thankyou to the amazing chefs and kitchen staff… our seafood meals were so fresh and beautiful, best meal we have had for a long time!! And because of you after 52 years I now can say I like oysters ( as long as you do them in your Thai sauce lol) just so fresh and delicious! All the staff at the bowlo are friendly and the atmosphere was awesome!! Thankyou for wonderful food, incredible service and a brilliant...
