Bakers Wanna Bake — Restaurant in South Australia

Hello team, We (My husband, black Bull Terrier Buffy and myself) met you at the Winterfest event today out of at the forge. I bought three packs of your rocky road. I am a bit of a rocky road freak, so am often disappointed by what I sample (compound chocolate with commercial marshmallows). This is NOT what I got with yours. I can honestly say yours is singly and easily the best I have had. The marshmallows are hand made (yes, I can tell!) but are light, fluffy balls of joy. The chocolate is smooth and balanced and clearly the work of an artisan.

So far, we have devoured the caramel (I have to be honest here, I am NEVER a fan of caramel) left me wanting more. It is the right balance of crunch and flavour without being overwhelming!

The cherry and macadamia were absolutely delightful. Cherry (my all time favourite) is either overdone, understated, or a terrible reminder of childhood medicine. Yours is neither tart or oversweet and has just the right emphasis and balance with the macadamias.
