WOW, I didn't know Karen was running a business.

At first I thought what a nice place, then the manager or owner, approaches us. She is less inviting and more demanding than anyone expects when we are entering the establishment. Ordered some drinks, she was short with us but okay, took a little to decide what we wanted. We sat at a table provided by a staff member, adjoining another table with friends, we had been sitting there for 20 mins when she came to me, the others were getting another drink at the bar, said if you want to eat anything 4 of you need to go and sit at the other table, okay I'll just wait for the others to come back before moving, well that's what I tried to say, she interrupted everytime I spoke or tried to speak. So after demanding go to the other table, we discover the seats are singles and we need to sit with strangers at three different tables. Okay whatever, I set 3 of us up, return to the table I was at prior, she storms over to me demanding I move or I won't eat, I said I don't need to eat thats okay, You won't have any food. Thanks right I'm fine without eating, You've already paid, Okay still happy to go without. The female manager/owner is rude aggressive and angry, probably the angriest person I have meet. After reviewing the other reviews on Google and they are completely accurate, she is a detriment to this business. The manger/owner so toxic, was annoyed 3 staff didn't come to work tonight....maybe it's her, If she talks to guests the way she spoke, I can't imagine how she speaks with her team. Or why I know 3 staff didn't come in to work, and how this justifies why she talks to guests in this manner. Hopefully you don't come here when she is on, as hospitality is not for her. Or perhaps the business of food and drinks is not not for this brewery while she runs it. I highly recommend an other food establishment, even Macca's or KFC have better service and we all know what we get from them. Food wise nothing special considering the prices, Bespoke prices but local pizza quality. Drinks seem nice but perhaps worrisome if the owner is helping to produce the beverages, I've always been you get out what you put in. There is no love or care for the craft. She would be better suited to an office with no guest interaction. Overall Food overpriced Drinks okay Atmosphere looks good Service terrible I would not recommend to anyone unless they update...

What a pleasant surprise this place was! Seemingly in the middle of nowhere, we weren’t sure what to expect. But wow! From the minute we walked in the door we felt welcome. We were greeted instantly. The “wait here to be seated” was not needed because they were there instantly. When we said we hadn’t been there before we were shown how things work. We were asked whether we wanted to be indoors or in the semi-outdoor area. When we looked a bit clueless the lady said, “let me show you around to make the decision easier!” Customer service A+. We chose to not be in the main indoor area but we wouldn’t have cared. It was a great space. The drinker of our pair (bit of a connoisseur) was most impressed with the liquid side of things. He can be hard to impress in the beer department, preferring his beer to have a bit of flavour rather than something a bit namby-pamby. But he loved it. The only real downside was there was no takeaway option other than a plastic growler, which would never have kept the beer in good nick for the 2-3 days til we get home. We had the wood-fired pizza with our drinks and they were amazing. And they proved that you don’t need to have 2cm thick fillings to give ample flavour. Definitely recommended Little Rippa. There were maybe 50 people in at the time, but there were no queues or wait times. Little Rippa successfully treads the fine line between a modern trendy venue and a warm welcoming country atmosphere. Thanks for a...

Made to feel like an intruder to this place, let me first say, we WERE invited in by the girl at at the door,we did not just barge in!!!! (We NEVER do this,we always ask first) The cook behind the counter gave us a dirty look and the the so called boss came over and basically in her tone of voice and body language told us get out. Is she thought it was appropriate she probably would of screamed at us hysterically! She lectured us in saying that we go out and use the gate in the bottom of the car park and make our way to rear garden. The sign on the gate does not mention this, but the complete opposite ( see photo attached)so how were we supposed to know where to go???? Then when I went to get a menu was told no menu's take a photo or go on Facebook, to further add insult to injury I was told because you are in the garden you can ONLY have take- away! I'm sorry I'm not going to pay $32 for take- away fish and chips !!! Bottom line is that we left, and I don't think they knew we even did, even though we were the ONLY ONES THERE! What rudeness, the kicker was that the the next day they sent an email to see how our booking was, was a joke. Seriously people shut up shop now and stave off the eventual conclusion that you...

Our visit to the brewery in Mount Gambier was truly exceptional. The extensive selection of beers on tap offered a myriad of unique and distinct flavors, with the ginger ale standing out as a personal favorite. The addition of a diverse nut mix complemented the beer selection perfectly. The culinary experience was elevated by a well-curated menu featuring delicious wood-fired oven pizzas. The tantalizing flavors and authenticity of the pizzas added to the overall enjoyment of the visit. The brewery's ambiance was noteworthy, offering a pleasant vibe that extended to the outdoor area overlooking the picturesque farm. Engaging activities such as games and the opportunity to witness the beer-making process provided an immersive experience. This brewery in Mount Gambier is undoubtedly a haven for beer enthusiasts and those seeking a delightful blend of flavors, ambiance, and entertainment. A visit here promises a memorable and enjoyable time.

Rippa by name, ripper by nature! Has the wow factor for food and atmosphere. And professional, friendly service. Food taste was delicious. Well presented. Served hot. Cooked perfect. I would have preferred some greens as an option with my meal, whether veggies or salad. I love how open it is and you can view the working of the kitchen. The overall concept of the business is my kind of vibe. I'd love to call this place my own. So a big well done to the owner/operators. My only criticism was the hour wait for food. But I was on a date night with husband - minus kids. So we went with the flow. With our young kids however would have been a bit of an issue. This was our first time here but will definitely be back. And will definitely praise and recommend to others. All the best Little Rippa Brewery! ❤️
