I initially went in for a coffee and was struck by the "messy" layout of the interior. Bar stools were still upside down on the bar by the window, chairs were upside down on tables, some were stacked two by two by the entrance. There are rides for kids, games, lollies to purchase, etc, and then, of course, food to eat in or takeaway. I think most of their business is takeaway. The atmosphere was that of a 70's milk bar and certainly not the place I'd choose to catch up with a friend and have coffee. On the upside, I ended up having their homemade sausage roll, which was quite tasty and super hot. Obviously, these are popular as the next customer purchased the last one...

This cafe is open every day, has great coffee and food. We had a double cut cheese and salad roll and an egg and bacon roll with our coffee.

I love Sausage Rolls. Sadly, good ones are really quite hard to find these days. I am very pleased to report however that Topz Shopz offers an exceptional, homemade Sausage Roll with wonderful pastry and - more importantly - a flavorsome and herbaceous filling - that not only exceeds both local bakeries in quality, but is one of the best in the region. After traveling across the Far North, Eyre Peninsula, Spencer Gulf and even highly rated bakeries in Northern Adelaide and the Barossa Valley, these generously made pastries are among the best in my opinion. Topped off with a liberal, old-school lashing of tomato sauce from an actual bottle rather than one of those masterfood's squeezy-packets, this one is hard to beat....

We went to this place hoping to buy some lovely fish and chips, and that's what we got, the chips were beautifully cooked just the way we liked them, and we didn't have to tell them, the fish was a reasonable size, and potato cake although not the old fashion one, was still enjoyable, we couldn't eat it all, and was so affordable nit stingy on size at all, the staff so friendly, and eager to please, good sense of humour, they couldn't do enough for us, the shop isn't fancy by all means but the service superb, I...
