I got a medium iced vanilla coffee, was genuinely shocked at the size, I thought they'd given me a small. It was $6.50. the first few sips where good and I thought at first it was worth the high price, but half way through my coffee it suddenly tasted incredibly sour. I couldn't finish it. I believe the vanilla or the coffee beans were not good anymore. I'd ended up having to toss most of it- incredibly dissapointed.

We'd also come in at around 1:15 pm, and spent about five-seven minutes standing there waiting to order while the girls in the front chatted and laughed. We felt very awkward and uncomfortable. The wait time for the coffee wasnt that bad, but it took them three minutes to even get started on it.

I know its one of those "Organic" places (the milk was normal, coles milk, from what Id seen) and therefore the prices are bound to be higher for whatever reason, but I think the owner may be a little disconnected from the quality of the food/drink to price. The service was just ok, the coffee was undrinkable.

Anyway, I went to maccas and got a coffee there that ended up...

Went here based on the reviews. It was good but not great. My partner got a chicken and pesto toastie, which was on the specials board. He said it was good but wasn't sure the portion size was enough considering it was $15. I had the burger which was very nice and cooked just enough. However, again, I'm not sure about the portion size considering the $17 price tag. It came with waffle cut chips, but there were only 4.5 of them. All about the size of a 50 cent coin. They weren't even crispy. Felt like they were an afterthought and I felt like there should either be more or none. It was like I was being teased with what was on the plate.

My iced latte was very nice. And my partner had the Sunrise mixed fruit drink. He said the flavour was good but it came without ice and was warm, which on a hot and humid day was not what he was looking for. He had to ask for a glass of ice...

Breakfast and lunch place that has a kitchen closing at 1pm?? We arrived at 1 and was told kitchen is closed but we can order from counter display. Staff half nice but definitely were in a rush to pack up and leave. Food was decent coffee good, but definitely one of those places were staff seen more focused on leaving rather than being hospitable. Place closes at 2pm but watched one of the girls start to pack up all the chairs by around 1:15pm. Only good for take away away coffee, but definitely wouldn’t dine here, they’ll make you feel like you need to rush!

In reply to owners response below. Still doesn’t address the less than hospitable service regardless of your limited service hours. Always so much more pleasant going to a cafe/restaurant where the staff seem happy and want...

Yesterday I went for breakfast and unfortunately it was not a good experience. Whenever I went to the restaurant the chef (oriental woman) always made a great meal. Yesterday I ordered two meals with hollandaise sauce and it was really bad (photo below), we asked to change it because it was really cold and totally split. As he didn't have a new sauce, the chef heated up in the microwave and to top it off we saw him talking to one of the attendants about the situation as a form of complaint. I’m just give 3 star because the other chef is amazing.

Lovely cafe tucked away at Sunrise Beach with coffee as great as the amazing sea views across the road! Eat in or walk over to the elevated covered public deck 15 metres away and enjoy the pristine 180° sea views from this part of the Sunshine Coast. We dropped in here on our bike hike from Coolum for breakie and then on to Sunshine Beach mostly all along the coastal scenery on awesome pathways and decked bridges.

Superb find in beautiful Sunrise Beach. Large delicious servings and an interesting menu but it still has the classics. Coffee is 8/10 (excellent for QLD) - staff are immensely friendly. Would be 5 stars if they had a better muesli option. Take in the sun and enjoy a wonderful hearty meal at this gem of a place. We love it !!!
