Wagtail Coffee — Restaurant in Sunshine Coast Regional

My wife and I have had a couple of terrible experiences here now… we are local and support wagtails alot… but after our last experience of being given the wrong coffee order and being made to feel like it was a mistake on our behalf and then witness the owner be rude to his staff about it is the final time we are going here. A lot of our friennds have also had unpleasant experiences & will not be going here anymore. I’m surprised there’s any good reviews on here they must be getting paid. Don’t bother coffees...

Ben is the life and blood of this shop, he makes the worlds best coffee, he is one of the kindest people i have met I LOVE YOU BEN. I absolutely love this coffee shop! The owner is incredibly friendly and always greets me with a smile. The coffee is delicious and always made to perfection. The customer service is top-notch - they always go above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience. I'm usually very picky as I worked in hospitality in France, (bloody frenchies 😁) But ... The few times I went to this shop, I was very happy about the quality of the service, people are very friendly and always smiling 😁 and this shop is lovely 😍 It's a pleasure to order and it's pretty quick which is ideal for smoko or lunch break !
