I was quite disappointed with the experience, especially for a $70 bill for two meals and two coffees. The food was served in takeaway containers with disposable cutlery—at the very least, proper plates and cutlery should be provided for such a high price. Additionally, both the inside and rear areas were closed, leaving us with only the view to enjoy. To top it off, the food was average, and we had seagulls constantly bothering us. Overall, not worth the cost.

After spending over $80 for 3 people, we sat in the cafe & were served our meals in takeaway boxes with wooden, disposable cutlery & takeaway coffee cups. The cook brought out our meals & was rude after we asked for cutlery. There is the expectation that you clean up after yourself. After paying this amount, our meals came with 1 slices of toast (eggs Benedict & big breakfast). The only decent meal was the waffles. Very ordinary for the amount you pay.

Food great, service great and scenery lovely. Definitely will go again. 22 March '24 Has changed hands and redecorated. My hamburger was bland. Not served as indicated on menu - beetroot etc missing. Also friend who had steak sandwich had same issue. Male serving had an attitude issue. Wouldn't drive out of my way again to have what is on a lot of menus. Variety is good.

We had lunch there today and unfortunately this restaurant, that was my favourite, is no longer my go to place to dine. Due to staffing issues we now have to help ourselves to water and Ice buckets and are also now required to place orders at the front counter. We appreciate their difficulties finding staff in a small town but It was the quality of the food that has really declined. The steak was not much thicker that a minute steak and was very grissly. The chicken snitty was also very thin and dry and the fish was undercooked. Its dissapointing when after ordering a meal, you realise that for half the price, a better quality product could have been purchased from Coles. We did enjoy the sweets, garlic bread and salads but the mains were...

Have been a few times. Service while initially prompt and friendly deteriorating once seated and waiting for food. Very busy most of the time, but still quiet a wait even when not busy. Last visit took 45mins and a prompt to get 2 basic meals to our table. A large chips is the smallest size we have ever seen, we actually asked as it was so small. Limited choice menus and foods not going to win any awards from me. Coffee has been good each time. Sitting outside can be very underwhelming with the continues fumes from the 2stroke boats hanging around. It has the makings for a 5 star cafe but its a fair way off at the...

Went there for takeaway breakfast, was greeted by a some what non friendly person for COVID registration. Service was slow, but the other staff were friendly and helpful but a little disorganised. Now for the food, bacon and egg rolls looked slapped together but tasted ok, pretty small in size for amount charged. Coffee was ok but nothing special, but they came out way earlier than the food so hope you enjoy cold coffee. Many others there had same thing and mentioned it to us. Banana bread was terrible, tasted like petrified wood coated in butter....had to chuck out. Hope you have a better experience if...
