Great food, great price and customer service with a smile.. we went to them around 3:30pm post shopping, but instead of rushing or frowning the staff was quiet good and with a smile.. really touched me as have had experience where they wouldn't serve at that hour, even if they do it's not with a smile.. not to forget, being a vegetarian, we needed customisation which was also well taken care of.. Loved the place, ambience and definitely will visit here again Yet again.. super service and super staff and not to forget amazing Thai food.. Post Black Friday shopping, we went to this Thai restaurant once again and commendable service by wait staff and had taken care of our vegetarian needs and also my six year old.. wish there were more than 5 stars .. keep up the great work Bangkok soul Thai 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Would highly recommend! We came here for a Sat evening meal and thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was amazing, the staff were so friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, especially the beef cashew nut stir fry. It was also very reasonable in price - $60 for both of us and we took two whole portions of food home with us too. I'd recommend booking as a few people got turned away as it was full.

Best Thai restaurant in Sydney! Delicious food for affordable prices! Friendly and helpful staff all the time. Portion sizes are super generous! My favourite dishes are the soft shell crab salad, crying tiger, and the pad thai :) Also can’t go wrong with the salt and pepper squid and the pad see ew. Bangkok Soul has become our go-to place to go eat out or get takeaway from!

Best Thai restaurant in the Northern Beaches. BYO and good priced meals. Staff were so polite and attentive. My foreign friend was impressed by the hospitality. Satay chicken was to die for. Next on the list are Crying Tiger and Lamb Cutlets. Seafood Tom Yum Fried rice is also highly recommended. Pair these with a glass of Thai iced tea or lemon tea.

The food was nice and the price was good as well. The meals deal was good but bit too expensive. To use the credit card you need to spend minimum $30 which was bit too high for someone individual to spend that or carry the cash around. Overall good experience and friendly staff
