Chicken Avenue — Restaurant in Sydney

Ordered a bag of chicken feet ($6.50), sent us home with a bag of chicken bones ($4). When I came back to tell her, the Asian lady was so disgustingly rude. She then tried to tell me my husband asked for the bones and it was because the feet were too expensive ? She was not only so dam rude but tried to blame it on my husband with an excuse that was so clearly false. It was $2.50 more.... how is that too expensive ? She would not give me another bag unless I returned the chicken bones so "I could make money back" in her own words. I said how can you guarantee I would transport it in a safe and hygienic way for you to resell again ??? She didn't care. She was willing to sell it anyway. Isn't that an OHS issue ?? What a disgusting place with a disgusting Asian lady who was so rude. Never shopping here again and I suggest you don't unless you want to get food poisoning from their poor hygiene...

Worst customer service ever - no professionalism at all!! No greetings or manners as how to talk to customers!! The lady who attended me seemed to be annoyed to see customers in the morning - was full of attitude - not even a hi or hello or good morning - all she said was “what are you after” and rolled her eyes and took off without saying anything and started taking her morning frustrations out on a innocent plastic bag … came back and told another girl to pack the orders!! Came in for lunch with the kids. I had the lamb burger and both kids had the beef burger. The lamb burger was delicious, good ratio of greens and meat, the kids devoured their burgers without any complaints. Chips were really good too!!
