Convict Road Kiosk — Restaurant in Sydney

Update: OCT 24. THEY HAVE REOPENED! Yes I'm excited, because it's such a great drive for a weekend out.

Before this last flood, everything was great. It was a nice relaxed place and a destination for a quiet day out in the park. Since the second devastating flood of all property up to and including the bowling club, the long road to recovery is underway for the region. I do not believe the cafe has reopened for Easter / ANZAC 2022. Looking forward to once again enjoying a great dine out.

Update Nov22 The subsequent floods have decimated the parklands and amenities. Nature had not been kind to this area. Looks like there may not be a cafe this summer. 😕 I feel for all...

I come here once a month 2 run the art gallery at wisemans ferry but one morning when I had time 2 spare I decided 2 try them out with a bacon and egg roll and a coffe and,,,,,,,OMG,,,,,,,,they didn't disappoint the bacon and egg roll was the best I've ever had the sauce and bacon and egg ratio was a decent amount for what u pay for at $6.50 and the coffee was delicious 2 and the staff really work hard 2 make sure everything is ok and 2 make u feel very welcome this is now my go 2 pl 4 breakfast b4 opening The art gallery at wisemans ferry well done girls 4 making my breakfast...

Convict Road Kiosk, 5602 Old Northern Rd, Wisemans Ferry NSW Stopped here recently on a short weekend Saturday drive visit to Wisemans Ferry Park the drive on Old Northern Road is nice as you descend into the valley [watch the narrow bits]. Save yourself time and get into the car sooner with the intent to visit the kiosk the kiosk has a nice range of lunch items available [see pics] just a short stroll then to a park table and chair ~ or at the kiosk.. Great watery views with the ferry normally very active making back and forth trips...
