The boat trip was great; lovely spot, peaceful, friendly operator.

The Kiosk and the staff there, though, weren't the most friendly I've encountered, but maybe it was an off day. I can kind of understand paying $12 for a banana bread as it's baked there, but $8.55 for a packet of crisps really is extortionate. The cooked meals were decent, but nothing amazing. For $45, the cost of the mussels or the curry, they were nice enough, but in all honesty I'd expect better for that price. The staff really weren't very nice or friendly - with hints of passive aggression - and they kicked us out very promptly after we finished our meal. Again, maybe an off day so can give the benefit of the doubt. They charged us overtime for the boat, even though we started 30 minutes late because we were waiting for the operator (whilst eating a $12 banana bread at their own shop). Again, fine, but didn't seem super open about it; just adding it to the bill at the end.

Lovely area; would recommend the boat, for sure - but wouldn't go out of your way to eat and...

I ordered a carrot cake but was served banana bread instead. I politely asked to swap it for the carrot cake I had originally requested and even offered to pay the difference, if necessary. The person assisting me (who appeared to be the manager) responded, “We all heard you say banana bread.” I reiterated my request and willingness to pay any price difference, but was told the banana bread couldn’t be swapped as it had already been “prepared.” For context, it wasn’t toasted or buttered, it just had a light dusting of icing sugar. The manager then added that if I wanted the carrot cake, I would need to purchase it in addition to the banana bread. I found this a very strange approach to customer service as I didn’t want the banana bread.

We are repeat customers and had hired a boat with friends and sat down for lunch, so it was frustrating to have this negative experience. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time we've encountered subpar service here. Going forward, we’ll be looking at other options for both boat...

I generally don’t bother writing negative reviews and I wished to give the business the benefit of the doubt being a busy period, but the customer service has been nonexistent, blaming on no mobile coverage for over a week in 2022 is mind boggling, taking the bond for being late when they sent us the wrong way maybe a ploy, having one student to assist with parking may also be a ploy for keeping the bond, but basically calling me a liar and saying there was sand in the motor even though we never visited a beach, and then after saying everything was fine on the day and then say we ran off cause we were guilty has tipped me to boiling point, we were never told to go back to the kiosk as bonds aren’t usually taken only held, ill be interested what the owner has to say below, as all they have done at present is use the clause terms, which will be tight and I get that, but be warned, and try to call them before mooring on the pontoon and using google maps all without signal is very testing, such a shame as it’s a lovely...

Hired out an Explorer for 3 hours to leisurely motor around Broken Bay and take it easy. Booking ahead was easy and the communication on what to bring was perfect. Arriving it's helpful to note that there is not a lot of parking so you might need to park at the top of the hill and walk (&/or drop off those in your party that can't climb the hill). Dom helped us with everything we needed to know and it was incredibly easy. Listen to his advice - it's easy but important to know. Arrive 20 minutes early as you are told as there are things to get through and you'll want all the time on the water you can get. We had a fantastic time on the water and will definitely do it again. 3 hours was the perfect time to motor up to America Bay and some of the little beaches (I printed a google map ahead of time as a plan). We packed a lunch but you could take some of the great food from the Kiosk if you prefer. And remember to take your rubbish with you and dispose of it properly :)

What a place to relax and enjoy nature, a great coffee (roasted in house!), and the perfect view of the national park. A lovely customer service, you can also hire a boat for a few hours and enjoy seeing wildlife around the national park.

Very nice and peaceful place, lots of boats and people who were boating our paddling. This cafe was it's second choice because the first one was closer to the entrance and we didn't see this one but the first one (Cottage Point Inn) forced us to order 3 courses which was $100 for one and it would be $200 for us! We were not so hungry to order 2x appetiser, 2x main course and 2x dessert! So we walked a bit deeper and found this cafe, honestly they're waiters and waitresses greeted us like they're family. We were enjoyed staying this place and it was more secluded than Cottage point Inn. I appreciate their service and respect
