Tonight I am very disappointed with the service that we received in regards to our order. We placed an order at 6:50 pm, with a confirmation msg sent to say delievery would be approx 7:48pm. At 8:10pm we placed a call to check on the order, only to get a 'busy line' this kept happening for over 20 minutes!! So the next step was to get into the car and drive up there at now 8:30pm. I go inside to check the status of the order only to be approached by a staff member, who basically has said that the order was dispatched at 8:15pm. You were not interested in calling your delivery person and checking to see where the order is. It is now 2hrs since I placed an order and I am still waiting. Whilst I understand it is a Saturday night, this is not good enough. I had a recommendation to order from you and this will be the very first and last time. Food was delivered at 9:30pm, the drinks were also missing from the order. Absolutely...

Veal Marsala dates back to the 19th century. It is the easiest damn dish to prepare and these guys can't even get it right!! I was served a dish of 4 tiny pieces of veal so over coated in flour that I thought I was eating dough drowning in nothing more than boiled cream. Traditional Marsala has zero cream, includes onion and mushroom. This abomination I was served was nothing but cream, no hint of Marsala in the slightest and no mushrooms or onion.

Pasta is supposed to be cooked aldente, this place serves nothing but over cooked glug with flavour lacking sauces.

The pizzas are edible, but ridiculously over priced $18 for pepperoni and onion!!!! Better off going to Domino's.

If you can't cook simple traditional Italian dishes, remove them from your menu it's...

After coming home with the wrong order we called up to say 1 pizza was wrong. The lady told us no we were wrong she would never write it down right. My husband took it back down to get the right pizza and she gave him the correct pizza stating again that she'd never write anything wrong your wife's wrong she ordered it. Even after my husband said one we don't eat seafood and 2 I heard her say Mexicana she still wouldn't back down. She insisted on pissing off the customer and being right. My husband asked to see our order documents which she couldn't provide as it was already in bin apparently. Won't be going back here again plus very over priced. 1 Mexicana, 1 Cheese Pizza and a very average Arrabbiata pasta...
