House Of Loaded Fries — Restaurant in Sydney

This place I liked. Its a restaurant located in a shopping precinct. Instead of sitting on the table and chairs in the store, I sat out in their beer like garden located outside in the open. It is a large area, with an area for the kids to jump and climb, dedicated to customers who enjoy having a chat with friends, or just enjoying the local scenery. There is also plenty of room in this garden, so bring your friends, or meet up for a chat. The shop serves light meals and cakes and cold and hot drinks such as coffee, teas, and cold drinks including iced coffee and soft drinks and water if you ask. I ordered through Uber, more than $100 for two people. I got a call from the store, we are out of the pizza. Okay that is fine please send the other food. They "couldnt" do that and kept insisting I choose other food. I agreed to cheese fries, okay great they said.

Then the order was cancelled. The money has already come out of my PayPal account. Because the order is cancelled there is no way to complain through the Uber platform. So I have spent more than $100 with zero food. Excellent.

This being the second time I’ve come to a HoLF, I thought I’d do a review.

My family and I all had the pulled pork fries and my partners partner had the burger, alongside the Oreo thick shake.

The fries were a resounding success, and the burger “tasted much better than it looked,” and the Oreo thick shake was also great! The staff on today were wonderful, and the shorter lady that served us brought over the left over thick shake she had made with our order so I and my partner could share, which I thought was really awesome customer service, which really stood out to us!
