KFC Bardia — Restaurant in Sydney

Worst KFC ever and its only fairly new. Went through the Drive Thru on Sat 14/05/22 at approx 7.30pm. I don’t understand how you can get so much wrong. Its either bad management or they need to hire better staff. Its not rocket science. The lady at the payment window had no clue what she was doing and forgot to give us drinks and coleslaw. Then the male at the 2nd window stood there with his back facing us having a good ol chat with his co workers for a few minutes before turning around and giving us our food. Which ended up being wrong. We asked for thigh pieces and got zero thigh pieces. I went inside with the food and it seemed the only one who was working was the staff member serving at the counter inside the restaurant. Thankfully he was there as I probably would have lost it. I honestly never expect decent customer service at fast food joints, but the least they could do is provide the bare minimum service. Its not hard, I’ve worked in hospitality and would never work or hire anyone from this store. (Except the gentleman inside) NEVER returning to this store. I hope they go out of business as a store run this badly does not deserve...

Absolute joke , had to repeat my order which had already been placed , 5 times to various people, then had to wait 20 minutes for the order which was only for regular chips and tenders,the mountain dew freeze was cancelled by KFC even though it was paid for, as was told the machine was not working. so ordered a bottle of mountain dew freeze, which I never got , asked for a receipt which I was not given at payment. was not given any dipping sauce, I spoke to the so called assistant manager , she was extremely rude and did not seem concerned at all, about all the issues, she was proably the rudest fast food supervisor/ manager I have come across. when I eventually got home opened the tenders bag, the tenders looked like they had been swept off the floor , they were in various size pieces .not in the whole pieces they should have been and did not look fresh.and had to thru the tenders away as they looked very unhealthy So If you want Bad Service , Long Wait , Rude Staff and food which looked unediable and the chicken looked unhealthy then I highly recommend KFC Bardia which is the...

Online Order number 1644 on 18/12/23 and picked up from the counter around 1:30pm. The snack pack was extremely salty (at least 3 times than standard). I have not ordered extra salt on the snack pack. The small fry that was part of the wicked wings order was also extremely salty. Both food was thrown in the bin and I feel bad to waste the food. The lady who was preparing /serving was a bit weird. She was shaking salt on the servings like a maniac without thinking. There were lumps of salt in both the servings. Feel free to check the CCTV footage if someone cares. This is my home store and I think the issue is employee related. Thanks for motivating to avoid KFC. It's a shame if KFC lacks in staff training on how much salt to apply...
