McDonald's General Holmes Drive — Restaurant in Sydney

Nothing ever goes right with their drive thru. I think they rely on the fact that once your back on General Holmes Drive and find you have been ripped off there is not lot you can do about it. Yes we check the quantity, what we asked for was in there but not build, Ordered three Sausage & Egg McMuffins then fortuitously had to stop in the carpark whilst a passenger went to the restroom. Have mine whilst waiting. No egg, no egg in any of them and yet all wrapped in Egg & Sausage McMuffin wrappers.

Inside and they wanted to argue the point and then simply open each and put the eggs in. No replace them with fresh ones as these are now stone cold and have been fingered by half the staff in there, again argued the point. Manager intervention....

We popped in to grab a frozen coke and were given something that was pretty much just ice with no coke flavour in it. I took it back and showed them to be told that the machine wasn't working properly that day (but they sold them to me anyway!). They then in a very unenthusiastic manner offered to give us a different flavour. The new drinks arrived in cups with damaged rims so the lids wouldn't fit. The manager tried half-heartedly to fit the lid, gave up, plonked the drinks in front of me and walked off. We had to battle lids falling off while trying to drink our drinks in the...

Staff here need more training and time management should be a priority. It wasn’t a good sign when I walked in and saw an excessive line in the drive thru with several drivers quite clearly frustrated and a few F bombs dropped. I only wanted a latte and was asked to order through the touch screen as the till was getting counted ... no problem ... however I hadn’t even started my order when I noticed at least 5 people being served and obtaining their order ... didn’t seem fair , so when I spoke up I got a blank stare and realising I was getting no where , left......
