Oporto Prairiewood Drive Thru — Restaurant in Sydney

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Oporto in Prariewood on the Sunday that recently passed at around 6:30pm, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by the most welcoming and respectful young lady with curly hair, who made me feel right at home.

The service was impeccable, and the food was simply outstanding. I enjoyed their delicious flame-grilled chicken, which was cooked to perfection. The sides were equally cooked and chargrilled, with the perfectly salted fries and Portuguese salad complementing the meal beautifully.

Not only was the food top-notch, but the ambiance of the restaurant was also inviting and cozy. The overall dining experience was enhanced by the friendly staff, including the lovely girl with curly hair who went above and beyond to ensure that my meal was nothing short of fantastic.

Absolutely disapointed to say the least. Never again to buy from Oporto. Level of food quality has degraded 99%.

Spent nearly $50 on 2 burgers, chips and a half chicken meal.

The amount of sauce added to the meal made the rice, coleslaw look and taste like slop and even the bread was saturated to the point it could not be eaten.

It was an absolute waste of time and money spent on what was to be a nice quick dinner for the family.

Unless you like eating sauce saturated slop for food - I would not recommend Oportos to anyone and they have with a doubt lost me as a customer permanently!

Even the chicken tasted aweful and is not the oporto chicken they used to prepare years ago when they started business.

It tasted like a raw piece of chicken put on the grill with salt to hide the raw chicken taste and then slopped with quarter bottle of sauce of which all i tasted was sauce on the chicken.

KFC and McDonalds once went through this phase of degrated quality in its food preperations years ago and have improved somewhat since.

To Oporto management. You seriously need to change and improve the quality of food you prepare because at present, it simply is not...

Saw baby cockroach’s crawling in the dining room. I thought I’d give it a miss for one more chance on coming to the store. Though on my next visit the dining room floors were all very sticky. Which is due to the mop being used is not dressed properly or a soft drink being spilled and not cleaned properly Really a shame.. though to be nice I will take this review down once I notice the store is in cleaner condition coz at the current moment and every other time I’ve come in this store in the past 6 months its just not cutting it. I mean imagine what the hygiene is like in the kitchen if they can’t even give the dining room a good mop and constantly cleaning tables and food scraps off the floor. To the store owners reading this. Your probably swearing at me now. I’m sorry but your lucky I’m not from the council, Your store would have shut down by now if I was.
