Today I had the pleasure of dining at Piccolo Me in Rydlemere, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

Went in to order a late lunch and the young girl had trouble sorting out what I wanted - seemed confused when I was trying to order the mushroom omelette - thought I didn't want mushrroms, so that wasted a good few minutes. When the order finally went through to the kitchen at 2:30:56pm I was told the kitchen closes at 2:30pm - sorry!

How to annoy a local customer 🙄 So I cancelled my $31.20 order and don't intend to return for some time.

Very poor customer service and a good way to loose a local regular for order being 56 secs late because of the young girl serving.

BTW I'm still waiting for the refund to hit my...

Excellent food & coffee however incredibly disappointed to be charged a "10% Sunday surcharge". The issue is not in the money but the fact the surcharge is not stated anywhere, not on the menu or at the counter, it is just added on at the register, the staff don't mention it either. Only after I asked why I was charged $5 for nothing was I informed of the surcharge. Also, I assume all staff working are getting full sunday penalty rates, if you are charging a surcharge to customers. If not I'd be questioning why you are charging extra...
