Pizza Inn — Restaurant in Sydney

Most inconsistent pizza place I've ever dealt with, almost every order has an issue. However outside of the big franchises their menu is pretty good but the food itself is inconsistent, fantastic one meal and totally average the next, your meals will never look the same, even if you have a standard order as we do.That said the food is never bad just inconsistent, in appearance and sometimes in taste, they are one of the better places in the area. These guys are very nice to deal with always very apologetic for whatever issues you might have with them and they will always make it right. I've been a customer here for a few years since coming to the area and my disappointment with consistency hasn't made me try...

Me and my partner have been ordering from Pizza inn for years, at first it was the liverpool branch as we did not live in range of the minto branch, but I just wanted to say that this is the most reliable pizza shop around, and anyone who hasn't caught on to it is seriously missing out.. the pizza is always incredible, the drivers are super kind and if your pizza is running late (which isn't often at all) they will call you and give you an update as they did tonight, the girl who takes the orders on the phone is incredibly kind too, just an awesome experience guaranteed from the moment you order to when it arrives at your door.. I would almost get pizza inn tattooed on me.

Wish I could give them NO stars !!!! Woeful !!! Ordered pizza at 5.03pm, still no pizza when I rang to cancel order at 6.41pm. Manager said he didn't know where I got my times from arguing with me, from the phone log on my mobile phone that's where. When the driver got here at 6.46pm I showed him. This place used to be great...no longer !!!! Gone downhill big time. Wont even take creditcard payments over the phone...that should be the first warning. Been ages since we ordered last time, and that was poor....poor taste and cold pizza. Thought we would give them another chance. The last chance. NEVER EVER NEVER again. Would rather pay $5 and get a $5 pizza from Pizzahut or Dominios... Pizza Inn Minto, YOU...
