Pizza Spot — Restaurant in Sydney

Went down to support a local buisness, although i was extremely disappointed when i was deceived to believe my order will only take 30 minutes when in fact it took almost 2 hours to make. The pizza’s indeed were not astonishing enough to make me think the wait was long enough and i definitely will not be back. Whenever i go here the pizzas are always extremely salty and full of ham but every time i crave pizza i decide its worth the chance, but every single time without failure i am let down. From this experience i wish to give this place 0 stars alas that is not an option. I do not recommend this place unless you would like to waste 2 hours when you can get a tastier, hunger satisfying pizza...

It took an hour and a half for our food to finally arrive, and was missing part of our order. The delivery man said he would return with the rest of our order, but never arrived back. Tried calling the restaurant again to follow up and they were no longer answering the phone.

Update: a different man turned up at 9:15pm (over 2hrs after initial order, and well after we had finished eating and were about to go to bed) with the garlic bread, offering nothing in ways of compensation other than a face palm and a “sorry” over his shoulder…

Note - As poor as the service was, their food is still very delicious, so if you don’t mind the quality of service, you can still enjoy...

Pizzas were burnt, toppings weren't fresh, all ingredients were straight from the packet. Pizza dough wasn't cooked through. Find it hard to believe when the tops were burnt but the base still soft? Ordered a garlic pizza that had hardly any garlic, all tomato sauce, when a garlic pizza is meant to be just cheese and garlic. Rang the company to leave some feedback but wasn't even given an apology. Worst...
