Purchased a prawn cocktail meal (includes 5 prawn cutlets and medium chips) for $11.90 which doesnt come with a drink. The meal usually comes in a medium size tray hence medium sized chips. I was given a small tray sized chips instead, which ive let the lady know and was told its always been small. Quite interestingly when ive purchased this item multuple times. Would not recommend value for money or very good customer service in responding to a customer query.

I want to love this place, I really do! The staff seem like such nice people, but every time I’ve given this place a chance, the chips are either undercooked or burnt. I’m sorry, but three strikes and you’re out, you’ve lost me as a customer.

Food use to be quite good 2 yrs ago. Prices good but dropped the ball with quality of food. Usually overcooked or burnt. Attitude to customers borders on rudeness at times. Tonight gave us a wrong order, not what we ordered. Insisted it was our mistake. No mistake about it. We will not...
