Ordered from their website around 830pm, received confirmation that it was placed. There is no tracking visibility or communication whatsoever after the order was placed. We tried to call up after they closed around 940 but obviously the phone was disconnected / unavailable. They call me from a mobile number at 1040 asking me if I still wanted the food, not the fact that it hasn’t been cooked yet or that it’s not on the way, and just before they called us we had made ulterior food arrangements so we didn’t want the food anymore. I messaged them right after that, expressing my disappointment, they called me and left me a 3 minute voicemail - she was talking to someone else about their order and also silences between those 3 minutes. No idea how so many people can recommend this place. My mum ordered food through menu log and spent $50 on food, we ordered honey chicken, sizzling seafood platter, yellow curry chicken and jasmine rice.

The jasmine rice was fine (can’t really mess up rice) but the curry was watery and more like chicken sitting in a spicy broth, the honey chicken was dry and had pretty much no honey on it and the seafood dish still had the prawns shells in them and you had to dig through the marinade to find them and de-shell them so you wouldn’t eat them shelled and not only that, the marinade was suppose to me garlic, chilli and basil but had little to none garlic.

This place needs a new chief who knows how to cook it’s food or people will eventually stop eating here as one time will be enough of an experience. I will never eat or order from here again unless they can compensate our order and prove to me why they deserve a...

The ordering process was a bit confusing and the phone number didn’t connect so we were afraid the restaurant might of shut down, but they then called to take payment which was a relief.

The food was very nice. I would recommend the pad see ew and pad Thai. My go to is usually cashew nut chicken but it didn’t have any beans or broccoli or carrot so I probably wouldn’t get that one again because I usually go to it for the veggies (this could be a more authentic approach just not what I’m used to).
