Thai Street — Restaurant in Sydney

After receiving the wrong laksa sauce because the young innocent lady mistakenly took my order for pork when i ordered prawn. After calling back i explained that something has gone wrong. Our sauces were marked with a p on it but when I poured it on the noodles it appeared to be chicken. I then proceeded and poured the next one not thinking that there would be 2 wrong sauces. Somewhere in my head I thought the chef was cooking more laksa's and mixed the lids up. After calling I was aware of the mix up and the young lady asked if she could have the food back. After telling her its all mixed together now, she said not to worry. The delivery man returned with the prawn laksa's without the noodles. I called back asking where's the noodles and the chef said that because they are 2 separate components that they will not be delivering the noodles as her husband isn't there anymore. After asking for a refund she said she will refund my money on Tuesday when I bring all the food in (ordereing Sunday night). Then she tells me she can not deal with me and that her husband will be calling me. He did call me back and was firm that he will not be delivering my noodles and that I will not be getting a refund without handing all the food back on Tuesday. I said he can come and pick all the food up now but he refuses. Explaining to him that I've been a loyal customer since 2004 (as I like to support our local businesses), I'm an honest customer and that I wouldn't do this to get a free feed, he still demands I go to ridiculous lengths to get my money back. He states that he didn't charge me for the prawns after his worker made a mistake. I said how is that doing me a favour by not charging me? Too my surprise the situation gets heated and he's calling me a thief. Absolutely appalled and disgusted that I've been treated this way after all these years. First visited on their opening night and was very impressed with the authentic food and lovely staff. Dishes are a very generous size and all food is very fresh and beautifully cooked. We had takeaway this evening from thai street weston and it was absolutely disappointing. One of the menu we ordered Salt sea squid, whoever cooked this need to be fired n it had to be taken down from the menu because the squid we had so overly salty, I mean like they put the whole bowl sea salt on the fricking squid.
