Tuk Tuk Thai Take Away — Restaurant in Sydney

Ordered our meal via Menu Log - had done so multiple times prior without any issue. Order our meal again at 7:00pm for delivery at 7:55pm. At 8:15 the order was yet to arrive, I contact the store for the gentlemen to say ‘it’s been delivered, a lady walked to the car and got it from the driver. She said she ordered Thai.’

When I order Thai food to be delivered to my apartment, I don’t stand out the front on the street & expect a delivery driver to hand me food. Maybe clarify it is the delivery person by asking for valid ID or the CC used for payment like every other restaurant before giving someone food. Or actually go to the residence to ensure it is delivered to the correct customer.

Won’t be ordering from this...

I like the food here but there last 2 times I ordered they accept the order and then later cancelled it. Meaning I had to get it from a different place but if course by the time I placed the second order an hour of my time is wasted and dinner delayed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO ORDER HOME DELIVERY. YOU ARE WASTING TIME TO DO SO. This is a pity because the food is good but unfortunately the restaurant is unreliable. I previously ordered here all the time, recently I found the flavor and texture quite bland.. almost tasting like the food been sitting there for a while.

The other day I collected my order and I received the wrong food when I looked in the bag (I was 5 steps away). I informed the staff about the wrong food and they refused to provide the correct food saying I walked away and can’t take it back although no containers had been opened. Staff during this interaction were quite rude.
