My family and I had such a great experience here today with a lovely staff member who was so accommodating and friendly. She even took a group photo for us, and happily moved us inside when we had made an outside booking and it started to get cold. Unfortunately the visit was really dampened by a younger female staff member who served just me on our way out who was so unnecessarily rude, it left me speechless and to be honest quite upset. I ordered a take away coffee after my family had left and when I tried to ask her a question about the cafe she refused to look at me and gave me a snappy response. I was the only person standing there waiting for a takeaway coffee and when it was made she left it on the counter out of my reach and started doing something else? It was just me standing there right next to the coffee machine it was so odd. Another staff member walked by on my side of the counter and asked if I had ordered a takeaway coffee and I said yes and she then handed it to me. It was just really weird and uncomfortable. My mum then came back in and asked this girl (who made the coffee) the name of the first friendly server to which the girl still didn’t look at us and mumbled something in her mask. My mum had to ask two more times what she said because we couldn’t hear her, and on the third response she whipped down her mask VERY visibly annoyed and sounded out the ladies name long and slow like my mum was foreign or something! It was unbelievable! We were so taken aback at how blatantly rude she was we just turned and walked away. So disappointed that such an otherwise great experience was ruined by this encounter. I left the cafe almost in tears as I hate confrontation but I was really upset that she was also...

Probably the worst coffee I've tasted in any cafe in NSW. Ordered Mocha and Latte, Mocha was the worst. I could tell the barista didn't mix the chocolate powder well with the espresso before she put the milk on top of it, it tasted like some bitter medicine. The milk wasn't frothy too, mocha should have a similar froth to a Cappuccino. The latte, was served in a ceramic cup instead of a glass and it was more like a Cappuccino instead (too frothy, the creamy froth should extend down the glass about 10mm). Tasted bad too, both coffees had poor coloring of the crema. Though I appreciate the gesture to replace the coffee when I didn't ask for (assuming she saw our expression when we tasted the coffee), it would be great if the barista undertakes further coffee making lessons. The food was also not impressive at all, worst chicken wrap I've ever tasted, it had no taste at all being extremely bland. We didn't end up finishing the food as it was that bad. Wasted $65 for this, wouldn't recommend.

EDIT response to owner: I came in on January 1st, it was new year for everyone and I wasn't in the mood to be a Karen and complaining, demanding my orders to be replaced. In addition to this, the fact that the barista replaced the original Latte with her follow up Latte had no difference for the awful taste, it would made the request...

Went there today with family and friends to celebrate my birthday. The place was busy ... we were told there was a 30 - 40 minute wait. Ok .... we waited .... and waited .... people who arrived after us were getting their meals .... and we waited. The chef/cook continued to ring the bell to alert the wait staff that meals were ready to be served .... some sat there for up to 15 minutes before they were taken to the customers. After 1 hour all our meals were finally delivered .... several in the group had completed their meal before the last 2 arrived. The last meals were accompanied by an apology for the long delay and an offer for a free hot drink. One order of a pot of chai had failed to be delivered and we asked for this. No one returned to bring the pot of chai and no one returned to take the order for the offered free drinks .... after 15 mins the lady who ordered the chai asked that the order be cancelled (now after about an hour and a half!) A complementary cake was offered but we asked for a refund. Quite a disappointing birthday lunch. Insult has now been further added by reading that a Garden Club member receives a discount. The bill was over $90 ... no discount was offered or given and the free coffees were offered but not followed through. I wont be returning and would not recommend after...

Came for brunch and ordered, one iced coffee, one iced latte, big breakfast & the omelette. It came to a total of around $80! Which I also think must of been a mistake as that seemed extremely expensive for 4 items. We did book in advance which is pretty essential on weekends as it is always busy, so we were seated quite quickly to our table. The service itself was fine. Although the food was extremely dissatisfying and I don’t think I could recommend in comparison to other nearby cafes. The omelette was very very watery and grey and had very little flavour it wasn’t enjoyable at all. The menu stated it had feta inside as well, but the only feta was a small crumble on the top which was dissapointing. The big breakfast was fine, quite average although again the poached eggs were not as good as we hoped and tastes almost microwaved? The coffee again average. As our local cafe we really wanted to enjoy it but for what we paid it was a big let down and especially in Camden there are a lot of cafes you could of gotten more better quality food for less. The ambience itself of the cafe is nice, inside a flower power and caters definitely towards families with little kids as there is a playground. I don’t think we will be returning for their breakfast again unfortunately.

We came for lunch on a cold and wet winter day. We sat indoors to keep the cold at bay, but there was plenty of outdoor seating, which would be more appreciated in summer. The staff greeted us when we entered and were very friendly and helpful. We took a couple of menus and sat down to decide what we wanted. To be honest, I wasn't expecting anything magnificent for a cafe at the back of a Flower Power store. My coffee arrived first, and after the first sip, I was impressed with the flavour. They nailed the coffee. Now for the wait for our food. When it arrived, which wasn't long, I was amazed at how good it was. My big breakfast was perfect. Every component was prepared perfectly. Crunchy hash browns and bacon, runny eggs, toast crispy and buttery. My wife bacon and egg roll was so delicious, too. I was that impressed with this cafe that I personally went to congratulate the chef and staff, which I only do when the service is outstanding. They also have a nice kids playground outside to keep the youngsters busy. I honestly recommend you come down and try this place out.
