CK Cafe — Restaurant in Tabulam

We enjoyed a late lunch here today. The staff were so lovely and friendly. The cafe provides a takeaway menu or a dine in area with some different options including a specials board. We chose the seafood basket for $22 and the basic burger for $13.50. Both were of acceptable cafe standard. The salad was missing dressing and the burger had BBQ instead of tomato sauce, but the friendly service made up for any imperfections in the meal. Kylie and the girls recently catered for our dream wedding at Clarence River Wilderness Lodge and to say they were amazing would be an understatement! Kylie absolutely nailed our vision of a family style dinner with the most succulent slow roasted lamb and wood fired roasted potatoes to die for. The best thing? The fact we got to eat it all again the next day!!!

Friday night pizza had too much cheese and it appeared that the ingredients placement could have been done with more care. Less is sometimes more. This is the second time in a row.
