Thought I'd try somewhere different to my usual haunts in Geraldton, and I'm very glad I did! I ordered one of the specials, Crispy Skinned Salmon with baked Chat potatoes, grilled brocollini and prawns, with a garlic, lemon and dill cream sauce. I can't fault this meal. Everything was cooked to perfection, and the flavours are a classic and tried combination. The extra prawns were a lovely touch. This is an excellent meal for $35! I'm surprised they were so quiet, they are easily as good as other places up the road that are generally quite busy. Maybe they need better signage? It's hard to spot at night, being part of the Ibis Motel. I highly recommend Fitzies, it was top notch.

I was craving the steak. I ordered it rare it was cooked to perfection. The garlic bread was not very garlicy. The lamb cutlets where over cooked which was dissapointing, because the steak was amzing i had high hopes
