My ze/zey affiliate went in at 2:30 for a quick bite to eat, figured it was okay given they were closed at 3pm To my surprise I think the manager or someone of that authority was looking at us through the glass windows. I felt victimized and my anxiety was building. I nervously asked if it was still okay to eat and he shut me down and said the kitchen is already closed. I felt so offended in the tone he used. I asked if the cakes in the display box were vegan which he proudly said no. I couldn't believe it. My affiliate was almost in tears when we walked back to our car. I won't ever be coming back here again. Get your time schedule right and have a sense of human emotion other people who don't have white male privileges

Good service on a busy day, the food was hot and fresh, the coffee was good, the sea view across the road was the icing on the cake. And the GF brownie was awesome, we felt we deserved it after walking from the yacht club. All in all a good place to spend some time and money....

Food, coffee and service was consistently great and fairly priced. Best coffee I've had on my trip around Tassie. Served strong and rich roasted/caramel flavours (personally not a fan fruity/floral coffee). Menu isn't massive, but still enough of a range to choose from. Have kept the menu tight, playing to their strengths, service is good and unfussed, would happily eat here any day. For a regional cafe it's punching well...
