We have waited at a long queue where nobody cared about social distancing, even when we commented on proximity of people to us. Then given a table that has not been cleaned properly let alone upto covid cautious standards. I had to use hand sanitiser on tissues from the bar to clean our table as staff would not clean the table even after I have requested. There were multiple parties in shared bench table outside which is also against regulations.. I am depressed this morning.

My toastie just slept in the kitchen for around 10 minutes.

I bought a toastie. He said that after 5 minutes, he took my toastie in the kitchen. Around 10 minutes later, he saw my confusion; he said sorry but still served another customer. That's okay coz they were so much busy. The most important thing that made me angry was that he took the same cold toastie for me. I stood outside so I could see what he did.
