I had an amazing experience at Elizabeth Town Bakery Cafe! The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive, making my visit feel warm and welcoming. The variety of both savoury food and desserts is outstanding—there’s something for everyone, and everything I tried was absolutely delicious. The ladies who served me were especially awesome, offering great service with a smile. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable, making the experience even better. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality food, great service, and good value.

The place starts to get busy around lunch time but lucky for me, I came around breakfast. They have a wide selection of pastries, sandwiches, breakfast meals and so much more that you would have difficulty deciding what to eat. The scrambled eggs were a little bit over cooked but the delicious bacon makes up for it. I had the breakfast roll with a fried egg & bacon, and it was simply wonderful to satisfy your tatse buds. Overall, it’s a great cafe to stop by if you’re on your way to Cradle Mountain!

More than a pit stop. Had to stop on the way back from Launceston to Ulverstone and this was a wonderful treat! I couldn’t help but bring back some goodies as well as have a bite to eat and a coffee. The Florentines are divine! Enjoyed a Pulled Pork wrap with cabbage toasted and it was a savoury delight. The coffee was string and had the right amount of froth, which is always my favourite part of ordering coffee out. Picked up a lovely bottle of Wine there too! :) Will absolutely stop again.

had toasted sandwich here yesterday lunchtime. it was tasty, but battled to find mustard for it and nearly got assaulted by one of the managers when i asked for it. Strange that, no mustard in a "good" restaurant !! But they found it eventually, after I persisted. But all in all it wasn't a pleasant experience at all. Somewhat stressful and humiliating. And needless to say I lost my appetite fairly quickly and tea went cold whilst i was battling to get the mustard. Rest of staff were nice and courteous as usual. Not sure yet if I'm brave enough to go back though. PS - its a nice place/space to work on computer when its not too busy, nice views too, maybe a few more power points would make it more user friendly. I hope you appreciate my feedback. I was going to take the easy option and not bother, but i hope this helps you and your customer service efforts. A wise man once said re the hospitality industry that - "good feed back is good, but bad feed back is better". And I think more people should try more when they are disappointed with the service, this way we can all learn and benefit. eating out is expensive these days so we have to be careful where we spend our time and money. Please advise if you will be getting mustard any time soon, preferably colemans hot english - its best with ham. looking forward to your reply. PS thanks Peta for finding me some...

This was a frustrating experience :( Cabinets and cabinets full of delicious fresh home cooked treats !! with absolutely no prices… 😂 Each and every treat or pastry was a completely different price and you have to ask the individual prices as they aren’t visually priced.. so people cannot choose and consider their purchases based on their budget. This time I had to worry about my budget and walked out empty-handed 😢 because I was too embarrassed with a queue behind me to ask the price of everything.. please be mindful, not all of us can afford the time nor the patience nor the expense of purchasing without knowing how much you’re purchasing.. Till it’s already in the machine.. Please put prices on your items. Hopefully the next time I pass, there will be prices and I can remove this as it will...

I have often passed by and seen many cars there so I thought it must be good. I had lunch with my 9 yo and we both had Chicken Parmigana. My son enjoyed it but I thought it was very ordinary. Lots of chips which were not bad and the salad was ok. But the 'Star' of the dish, the chicken was pretty awful imo. It looked very much like something out of a packet, the chicken was overcooked (better than undercooked I guess), the layer of tomato tasted like it was tomato paste straight out of the jar, a piece of salty ham covered by salty cheese. It wasn't nice :( I decided to have a coffee whilst waiting for my son to finish. One of the worst coffees I've had. No flavour. I've made better coffee with twice used coffee grounds. On the up - I thought the staff were friendly and pleasant. My first...
