Called in for lunch last week. Great location after completing the drive around The Great Lake. Hubby and I had Lamb and Rosmary homemade pie with salad. Fantastic pies!! Lots of filling and the pastry were nice and crunchy!! Coffees ☕️ were good too! The only negative thing was that the cafe needed a little fresh air circulating, and it was a bit stuffy. Yes, I know it was a cool day, but just needed to be aired out. The cafe was very busy all the time that...

I always make sure to go the Poatina/Highlands Lakes on the way to Hobart (only on weekends in winter) so I can stop here. The vegan and gluten-free options change and are delicious.
