The Oaks Chinese Food — Restaurant in The Oaks

Noodles just thrown into dish and not cooked softly they were hard. Apparently laksa does not have coconut milk in it. I asked for spicy and both of our dishes had no spice or flavour.

Womens repsonse to me on the phone, put them in the microwave, im very busy, I cook noodles like this for normal people, my phones very busy.

Ummm okay? Thanks for the lack in customer service and not caring that i have just paid for your services.

Ordered and told an hour wait no problem. An hour later they tell me they are out of what we have ordered. So they hadn’t even started cooking it yet. We had already paid too at this point. We tried to order something else and they wanted us to pay extra even after their stuff up. Tried to get a refund and they denied to refund the whole order. Disappointed as this is our local and I’m a big fan of Chinese food but will not be returning. Terrible...

Why is it that every time myself or my family order it’s the same young male waiter at the front desk that continues to lose or stuff up my order? Even then, he never apologises or acknowledges his mistake? I really enjoy the food here but I’m frustrated with his lack of customer service seeing as I’ve never had this issue with any other staff, yet with him I’ve walked out after waiting forty minutes with no food and no apology or...
