Played a 2 day ambrose event at this club on the weekend that cost $75 to enter We were scheduled to play in the afternoon on both days and the temperature got above 38 degrees All the morning players had esky full of drinks on various tees and the afternoon players got Nothing because they failed to fill them up again for the afternoon players when it was the hottest part of the day

Not only that, they failed to provide anything to eat as well

They also failed to have the scores of your playing partners entered into the myscore system which left players entering a score that did not need to be verified by their playing partners, which is why such good scores were recorded

I will NEVER play another event...

Had 2 rounds booked this week... First Captain's course which we had played before, second was the President's course which we hadn't played and were looking forward to... The Captain's course was in great nick and was thoroughly enjoyed... The Wednesday comes around and we are told we can no longer be accommodated on the President's course forcing us to play the captain's course... If we wanted to play the captain's course twice we would of booked it twice... Too cap it off they proceeded to mow the fairways mid round and leave the clippings all over the place... Tipping we will give Tocumwal a miss for Yarrawonga or Black Bull...

Poor food and slow service. Steak sandwich on Wednesday was tasteless. We ordered porterhouse on Steak Wednesday, one was raw in the middle when it was supposed to be medium whilst the other was more like a thin rump. Pepper sauce had unknown stuff floating in it. Then we tried again on Thursday and the chicken parmigiana had no Napoli sauce on it but I ate it as we had already waited well over an hour and I was starving. The fettuccini seafood marinara was tasteless and you needed a magnifying glass to see the seafood. Even though we still have meal vouchers to use, we won't be going back.
