A one of a kind, totally surprised by how good this experience was! Atmosphere was up with one of my best dining experiences. This beautifully designed dining room creates the feeling of an aristocratic private dinner party but with a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. It’s quite, without kitchen clunks and coffee machine bangs, the guests are limited and settled for the evening, so leaves you peaceful and relaxed, without banging of doors noise as people leave a venue. Just the a slight echo of chattering and laughter with a scenic country farm house view. Jayne and Frasier clearly have pride in their antique setup and interior designed home. Warm and inviting service, they treat you like their guest rather than customers. They share wonderful tip bits about the furniture and antiques along with their own story of Avonleigh Farm and how it came about. Their passion and love for what they do is catching which only adds to the atmosphere and your experience. Jayne and Fraser are remarkable hosts. Location was easy to find, with ample parking. The venue is spacious. Despite a full booking, we didn't feel squished in. It was easy to have a comfortable conversation without being drowned out by music or other patrons. Beautiful antiques adorn the dining area, and the hosts can answer any question about them. So importantly: the Afternoon High Tea menu was outstanding. Incredible finger sandwiches and delectable cakes and puddings, displayed delicately. Where do I start. Amazing!! We went here for a High tea for our anniversary and it was one of the best we have ever experienced. The food was top notch, atmosphere was amazing and the service incredible. 5 stars doesn't seem enough. The views were outstanding, such an amazing, relaxing place.
