My partner and I looked at quite a few venues throughout the Geelong region and once we got to Bellbrae Harvest we knew we had found the place. Somewhere away from the city, with clean air and an incredibly photogenic space.

Then we met the owners Deb and Ken. Not only is the place perfect for wholesome country style weddings, but the owners are just as wholesome and down to earth. They both took so much care in making sure we had what we needed and helping us out with so many details, as well as illuminating us on details we hadn't considered.

The big day was perfect. A couple of weeks on and I'm still buzzing from how great of a time it was and how smoothly it went! It rained during the ceremony and we had planned for this and had it in the clear roofed gazebo, Infront of a tree growing into it and a floral arbour, all nestled among the grapevines. This setup was our plan B due to the weather, but it created something so special and unique.

Due to Deb and Ken's vast experience with hosting in their space at Bellbrae Harvest, they helped allay any fears we had and worked tirelessly to give us the best experience, and they succeeded!

This will forever be a special place for us. Thanks so much to you both! We wish you all the best and hope to see you...

Bellbrae Harvest now holds a very special place on our hearts, it hosted our wedding there in early July. Deb and Ken were kind enough to reopen their wedding season so we could have our dream date and that’s just the beginning of generosity and acts of kindness for our wedding day. We wanted somewhere that felt like us, and after seeing Bellbrae Harvest the venue search was over, we were sold just on the looks of the venue - the lovely Deb and ever kind Ken were just cherries on top of the already incredible venue.

We held an intimate weekday winter morning wedding at the stunning Bellbrae Harvest and everyone was left appreciating just how stunning our winter wedding was at Bellbrae Harvest. We visited the day before ready to set up some of our additional touches and after explaining our vision to Deb she set us on our way saying everything was under control, the service these two (and Suzie!) provided over our wedding day was nothing short of magic!

We heard that you shouldn’t think of “hosting” your wedding but rather think of the bride and groom as being the “guests of honour” and that’s exactly how Deb and Ken made us feel. We are looking forward to visiting this venue for years to come on...

The venue is absolutely beautiful – surrounded by peaceful native bushland, and has a relaxed coastal feel. It made the perfect backdrop for our day and really captured the atmosphere we were hoping for.

From the dam to the gorgeous arbour and stunning grape vines that grow amongst the whole venue, the whole property feels calm, inviting, and full of character. At night, with the festoon lights glowing, the space takes on a really special feel.

What made our experience truly unforgettable though, was Deb and Ken. They are some of the kindest, most down to earth people we have ever met. From our very first visit, they made us feel so welcome and supported, it was like working with family.

Both Deb and Ken went above and beyond to help us with every detail, always with a smile and a calming presence that eased any nerves we had. We honestly couldn’t have wished for a more wonderful place, or more genuine and caring people, to help us celebrate our wedding. We cannot recommend Bellbrae...

We were so glad we chose Bellbrae Harvest for our wedding. Deb and Ken were incredible and made wedding planning a breeze. They went above and beyond even gathering wattles (my favourite flower) from the property to decorate on the day. They have a wealth of knowledge about local vendors, who were all delighted to be working with Deb and Ken. Deb coordinated all the vendors bump in/outs on the day too so we didn’t have to think about it. We also loved their laid back and flexible vibes. We had rail, hail and freezing weather on our wedding day and the venue has great weather options. Once we decided what to do, Deb and Ken sorted it all out leaving us to focus on enjoying the day. We ended up moving the wedding inside by the fireplace which was still beautiful and cosy (there’s also a wet weather option outdoors by the lake but we opted for inside since it was so cold). We couldn’t recommend Bellbrae Harvest and Deb and Ken highly enough ✨
