Great chips! They will make them fresh for you if you don’t want chicken salt! Nice coffee, very (!!) crispy potato cakes. They have an interesting glove warning device which was quite intriguing and useful. My only issue with this (delightful) establishment was that there was no water station. The music is fun, catering for everyone, from Maggie Rogers to Michael Jackson. It’s a lovely break at the bottom of Highway 83, with indoor and outdoor dining options. The fairy lights were not lit, however perhaps they only come when when it’s dark, I may come back to see how scenic it is at nightfall. Staff are very helpful, they suggested the best way to cross over to other runs. All in all, I will come back simply to attend Blue Brumby. The 6 hour trip is totally worth it. P.S. Bathrooms are kind of stinky and there was lots of toilet paper ballooning out of the bin.
The music and atmosphere is very nice. It’s warm in there too and there is glove warmers 😌😌.
I wouldn’t say it’s cheap but not a rip off given we are on...
