Staff here were absolute legends! Had a breakdown on the way back from the snow, had to sit and wait for around 3 hrs with 2 young children. Thank goodness there was a nice warm place to sit and food and drink to stay sane. Staff continuously checked in to see we were okay and made sure we were comfortable. Even helped me push my car out of the way. Staff went above and beyond to make an inevitably bad situation positive. My boys still look back fondly to "the night we stayed at the petrol station because dad's car broke down on the way back from the snow"... All deserve medals...
