Learn customer service. You don't yell at people from across the hall in front of everyone, because your staff member directed me to the wrong area. Disgusting. Wish I could get my money back, as I don't want to spend a cent here. Disgusting the older lady needs to be taught courtesy of speaking to others, you don't just shout at people and then try and redeem yourself for bad attitude.
