Learn customer service. You don't yell at people from across the hall in front of everyone, because your staff member directed me to the wrong area. Disgusting. Wish I could get my money back, as I don't want to spend a cent here. Disgusting the older lady needs to be taught courtesy of speaking to others, you don't just shout at people and then try and redeem yourself for bad attitude. Maybe if your workers told people where the QR code is they wouldn't have a cafe full of people who forget to scan it.

Possibly the worst service I have ever experienced. To order was almost impossible, adding baked beans to bacon was a very hard task.
