Bridgewater Bay Cafe — Restaurant in Victoria

Bridgewater Bay would be on my top 20 beaches in Australia for beauty and accessibility and I've fished most of the must fish spots in Australia and its islands as a pro and an amateur fisherman. Its normaly quite safe for kids with a small steady rolling swell except on certain wind and tidal conditions of course. There's some beautiful walks for all fitness levels or senarios. There's a 100 % chance of seeing some seals especially if you take a quick walk closer to the rocks and there's a good chance of spotting some whales which is quite the treat. The cafe is a lovely little spot with the most gorgeous views. The food was awesome, I give the food 5 stars. Do yourself a favor and try it out and take in some beautiful fresh oceon air. As for the coffee, its yummy and very well made. My lattes on every occasion where bloody beautiful. I highly recommend this cafe for all age groups. Whether your a young couple out for a romantic time to the average family to the adventurous to us oldies. Bridgewater cafe is definitely worth the visit....

Bridgewater Bay Café is right on the beach but the food was not that great. However it is not expensive but either way bring on something with you if you want to spend some time in the location because you will not want to eat a second meal in that cafe. The 3 point are for location. The cafe's deck almost merges with the beach and has close-up views of Cape Bridgewater and the wide bay. The water is a amazing deep blue. It’s about four kilometres to the Blow Holes and Petrified Forest but you can drive there. Check out the rockpools, freshwater springs and watch out for fur seals, which live in the caves.
