Awesome pub, super rustic, honestly the best food in Bendigo. We ordered fish and chips, and a chicken parma with chips and mushroom gravy and it was the best fish and chips I have eaten in my life!! It was super light with a great battery and very tasty. I tried the mushroom gravy and it was super flavourful. I would highly recommend this pub, the service is wonderful and they always have a roaring fire inside and outside during the winter with a massive log to keep everyone nice and warm. Don't miss this pub 😊

It’s all about the atmosphere. From the gorgeous pressed tin & timber ceiling, to the giant fire pit outside, it’s a trip to the rustic old school aussie pub. With multiple sections, you’re sure to find a comfy spot, with easy access to drinks and a fireplace. On the practical side of things, the ground is not smooth sailing for those who have wonky legs and the loos are outside, like I said old school! Staff were friendly as heck, simple food was cooked well, drinks were cold. 💜 Will be back again!

A seriously great pub. Very relaxing atmosphere. Truly amazing outdoor settings. Big outdood fire area. Very well set out inside. There are a few function area's as well. They even have cabin's to hire for over night or longer. There is a place across the road you can hire horse's for riding. A water slide. It is so much more than just a pub. Do yourself a favor & get there you'll wish you had done it sooner.

Visited Bush Pig In on Sunday night at 7pm and it was pumping… I honestly thought with its location it could go either way… BUT this place is iconic. If you want to enjoy a truly authentic ‘Aussie Bush Pub’ full of Aussie memorabilia then this is it. Ned Kelly stands in one of the corners in the main bar and the walls are covered in rusty old tools with a billiard table standing in the middle of the bar. This pub is surrounded by beautiful bush land and this is the backdrop for the colourful characters that frequent the bush pig in. The staff are amazing and the menu is extensive with all the pub favourites from Chicken Schnitzels to chicken nuggets for the kids. The chef is outstanding and all food is bought fresh in. Adam the barman is there for you as soon as you walk into the bar. The efficiency of this team is incredible.You will not be waiting here long to be served icy cold beer (or 2). Adam is an amazingly friendly and personable barman and his enthusiasm is contagious as soon as you meet him. The food was delicious without a complaint. It was fresh and the serves were generous. Definitely worth a visit when your in town… LOVED IT and will be back soon 👏👍🍽️🍺🍻5 STARS and MORE Thanks for the best service to all of you. We had a brilliant night...

WOW!!! New owner Bec has really added a new dimension to this already Great Australian pub. I do like the finer things in life and often dine at fancy restaurants all over the world. I found the food to be spot on with flavour, texture and appearance. The value for money is quite good. The two types of cocktails that our group all had were spot on and at $16 each are the best value in town. We were pleasantly surprised and have all decided to make this little piece of paradise a regular spot. Four open fireplaces in all different areas offer something for everyone. Popped in a couple of weeks ago for a quick beer and stayed for a second. Great atmosphere and friendly staff and even better, the beer was cold.

Decided then I needed to sample the food. Went I. Tonight not realising it was $20 Parma night. Once there I knew I had to have a Parma. The meal was a great size and was absolutely steaming hot and delicious.

Again, very friendly staff, beer was cold and the open fire was warm and inviting. Managed a couple of games of pool too.

Will definitely be back to sample some more food and...
