My family and I went to this bakery and were disappointed by the short mannered lady who was the manager. When we ordered I asked what was gluten free and she said only the frittata was gluten free by ingredient. So I said ok I’ll have that. She then preceded in rudely telling me if I am Coeliac which I am, that this is a bakery and I should be aware it may contain gluten for which I was totally aware. I ordered the frittata as there wasn’t much other choice and proceeded to eat it when I noticed how big and undercooked the vegetables were inside. Sweet potato chunkly cut across the width and long sections of bitter parsnips and there was hardly any egg. Looking at the bottom of the frittata I noticed it was grey like the egg has been cooked at too high a temp and it explained the rubbery texture. I notice there was no flavour in there either, no salt or pepper! I went back into store to explain my disappointment for which I wanted a refund $9.50 and the grumpy manager couldn’t give a hoot about the quality of her food and wanting to improve it for the satisfaction of her customers. She said she makes it like that all the time and it was my fault for choosing it when clearly I had no other choice. I stormed out of there and won’t be back. My family were not too impressed with their pies and sausage rolls either. The prices are are very expensive. My daughter paid $9 for a plain salami and cheese roll. This is in response to the owner. The store we went to is on the Princes Fwy in Victoria. I was there on the 18th December and they had Frittata...

Went in about an hour before they close (opening hours of Google). Purchased a lot of food and coffees, after our payment was took we began to think where we would sit and before we'd even decided a very rude and ignorant woman proceeded to inform us takeaway only we're just about to close! If it was even in the slightest bit of politeness I would of thought nothing else but the manner to be told and then to wait awkwardly for our coffees which were also burnt. I feel sorry for the young man who works there who was nice enough to tell us we could sit and wait. It's a hot day we just wanted to sit in and eat our food no big deal but to tell us it's takeaway only after we'd paid! so we sat on the grass opposite for over half an hour and...

I hate putting bad reviews on, but this place is disgusting. I ordered the sausage roll; the meat was dense and layered thick. I just ate the pastry. It was awful. Hubby ordered the potato pie. He said it was just warm. The people in the bakery yelling at customers having a private conversation instead of walking over to them. It was really loud. I know people have to talk but not at the top of their lungs. The young boys serving had no idea what they were doing. Very slow and didn't see that the shop was filling with customers. We have eaten here prior covid but that's we are not going back. we should have waited till colac...

We love a good local bakery , especially when you’re a tourist . This bakery is a cracker ! So much good selection. Moroccan lamb was absolutely delicious. The pie temperature was just perfect. The vanilla slice to be honest was average. The custard was actually quite delicious but the pastry around it was quite standard. The jam and cream doughnut however was super lovely. Very fresh. All priced very reasonably .

A very dirty place with angry and rude staff. I’m not sure why they bite your head off if you ask a simple question. Below average quality food. I had a pressed sandwich which was not good at all and the sausage roll had a weird smell. I do not recommend this place unless you are starving and no other place is open around there. Bathroom was out of order and it seemed it’s been that way for a long time.

!!! The worst egg and bacon I've ever had. Pre cooked sitting in a display fridge, then microwaved then toasted. The bacon was barely browned and tasted raw the egg had blue die. It's not hard to do a nice fresh bacon and egg but these guys definitely need a lesson or two. Luck I was only passing through ended up buying more for elsewhere it was that bad. Just a soggy under cooked mess...
