Stopped for a quick break on our trip to Melbourne. Very friendly staff. Clean and warm on a cold day. Toasted Mediterranean vegetables and halloumi on Turkish bread was delicious. This cafe came up on my Facebook feed, & we decided to take a detour off the highway which only took 5 mins. Easy to find, located in the Main Street. We had the Raspberry and white chocolate muffins and a coffee. Muffins were fresh & the coffee was hot. I’m a coffee snob, and like it a little bit hotter at about 70-75 degrees. Appalling service. I ordered 2 cappuccinos and what came to my table were 2 hot choclates. Had to go up to the barrista, who immediately on just a look said its hot choclates. I was told replacement is on its way (no apologies). After waiting for 15 more minutes and looking at multiple orders being delivered, I again had to go up and ask about my cappuccinos... which they had forgotten. I mean what low standard...
