Domino's Pizza Epsom VIC — Restaurant in Victoria

Putting in our order we were given a time for pick up. Picked up 3 minutes past said pick up time. Got it home which is a 6 minute drive from store. Pizza had no steam coming off it, it was Luke warm. The brownie was covered in mould. Returned my pizza and brownie to the store. My partner and child are their pizzas but commented that they weren’t hot or very nice. The young supervisor told me that the green mould looking stuff on top was not mould at all but rather this is what happens to icing sugar when put on top of a fresh baked brownie. I told her no, it’s mould and she kept arguing. When I complained about the Luke warm pizza she told me the pizzas were sitting there for a while. I said, so they should be kept warm in your warmer? She said they were and the warmer was kept at 75 degrees. She reluctantly gave me a refund even though I was apparently in the wrong. Will never eat...

Got pizzas last night. Girl bery rude at counter. Very badly UNDER TOPPED l asked for more cheese than whay She put on. Got charged Extra Fair enough. But For less than half a handful Got charged$22.31 EXTRA Yes a mistake BUT When l asked for her to come back out the front to fix HER MISTAKE She then proceeded to talk the the boys she was with. About Me Roll HER bloody eyes and the try to make out She didn't make a mistake. She had to refund me back the Money Especially as l had my bank account right there showing here. Badly Topped Pizzas. Waited an hour and a half for our food. Called the store to be told our order was left at the front of our house after I apparently didn’t answer the door. There was no food at my house. I was then told by the manager that the number of my house simply didn’t exist in the street I live in. I assured him that it did. He then told me that I was the one that said the wrong number while making the order. I told him that was not the case. Then he told me that my order was taken by someone else.
