Foster Take Away — Restaurant in Victoria

This is a message for the owners, I really hope you take this on board. But your pizzas have way too many toppings on it, i walked inside and saw pizzas that were 4 inches high with toppings. This may sound like an amazing thing and you probably think people are getting their moneys worth. But with all of the toppings it meant the dough didn’t cook and all the moisture from the toppings went to the base of the pizza truly making it impossible to eat. I couldn’t take a slice of pizza without the dough being torn off. My wife ordered a small pizza and it was burned to charcoal (not exaggerating). That the slice she grabbed actually snapped off. I would send a photo but both of those pizzas are already in the bin(Not joking). This may sound harsh, especially because the workers seemed great, it was a shame that we spent that money to only...

We just finished a huge day promenading around the prom, out shoes lapped up the moisture of a damp earth which added to the experience, in fact I thought it would be raining more since yesterday had some heavy showers! After a few long beers at the hotel placed a generous distance from the take away we found a hunger that could only be struck by a combination of potato, aquarius fauna and a roaring deep fryer. The service left nothing to the imagination and you wouldn't believe the serving size of a large which was more than our stomachs could bear, we were ambitious, not with the fish though it was perfectly served and I even heard some bloke on the table next to me exclaim with zest that he'd just eaten the potato cake of his lifetime! I've heard really good things about this place, particularly about the quality of the fish and chips, they are apparently amazimg. All I can comment on is the staff and the meat lovers pizza I ordered;

Staff are very, very friendly. It looks like the shop does really good business.

The Meatlover pizza wasn't the best, however. 20 dollars is on the steep side for 1 large pizza and it was so greasy that it leaked out of the corner of the box on the walk home. By the next day it had soaked through the bottom. If anything, they are too generous with toppings.
